I have been wowed over and over by the quality, service and variety offered by Ootsies. Fresh floral arrangements have always been stunning and long lasting. Just recently had custom Christmas wreaths made and they are better than I imagined. My 10 year old even loves to shop this quaint little slice of downtown Americana. A small town retail treasure!

Delivered casket piece that I ordered 1 day too early. When I arrived at the chapel (March 11, 2016) I was taken in and shown the dead flowers that were already placed on top of the casket. I called the owner (Suzy) on her cell phone and told her what happened. She said she was going to refund the money to Discover Card "out of the goodness of her heart". The next morning (March 12. 2016) we drove 40 miles to her shop and she told us that she was not refunding any of the money. I had her pull up a picture of the flowers, ON THE CASKET, by using her computer. She admitted she saw the dead flowers but still refused a refund. I became very upset and she offered $100 refund. I INITIATED A DISPUTE THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. She says the funeral home is lying and they say she is lying. BEWARE!!!!
