Terrible food and price. Folks were rude as well.
My order has been wrong each time i come through. I have spoken with management each time. My issue isn't that I wasn't offered help to get my food replaced. My issue was that my order has never been fixed correctly the first time. Crew members have been rude when I bring up that my order was wrong. Management was polite. However one situation when I called into the store letting staff know my order was wrong, I was met with rude and subpar customer service by the staff member and told that a manager was not available to speak with me. I've been told twice that the store owners would contact me same day for my experiences. Both days I never received a call. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I feel like my time and money have been wasted at this establishment.
Waited 0ver 45 min in drive through
4 stars only because the burrito fell apart. The tortilla did not hold up at all. The food was good though and so was the service. I'll be sure to grab a fork next time just in case there's a repeat.
