Sales is great. Love dealing with George. Service department needs to tell everyone they need appointments or they won't help you. The guy running the service department is kind of a jerky. Spent over 50k on a truck and can't get the oil changed. Go to Jensens for service. They will make a spot to get you in because they value your business. Next truck I buy will probably be a GMC
We went to eischens Chevrolet for a truck. They had what we wanted, but apparently they do so much business the sales person couldn't be bothered to call us back or return calls. We have excellent credit and a nice trade in. We took our business elsewhere and got a WAY better deal. I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle in a small town where they have no concept of an outside world. So happy with our new truck. So happy we didn't purchase it at eischens. Can't imagine how crappy the service would be, based on the way they treat buyers. No thanks.
