Let me just say if I had a 4 alarm fire at my house in Mansfield Texas, I'd call this dealership first. I was on a service call in our ford f550 and felt the right rear hoping up and down worse than a Cadillac coupe deville with no shocks. Pulled over and found 8 lug studs broken and left in a trail like bread crumbs behind the truck. Not only did they have the studs and lug nuts in stock but they personally delivered our savior in a bag within a hour of me calling. People what I'm saying is if you have any problems or would like a new vehicle don't hesitate to call or visit this dealership. This is not a made up story they saved my day, people like this are hard to come by these days and I am very grateful. Thank you everyone

I took my truck to vinton baker ford of Fairview ok 3 times and the first time they just rigged it back together. It's a 2013 platinum. Not a 89 f150. They pulled a new wire to the ecm and taped it to the wire harness. I left the dealership and made it two miles and it broke down again. I took it back and they stated that mice was chewing the wires. They fixed it and I went to pick it up. Got in started it and it was doing the same thing so I just shut it off and told them. They proceeded to tell me a mouse chewed more wires while it was setting at THEIR DEALERSHIP. They fixed it AGAIN. I took it and made it one day and it did the exact same thing again. This all cost me almost 500$ because they say warranty doesn't cover this. I was fed up with them so I took it to okc to the dealership I bought it at. They found a bad catalytic converter and a bad coil. I asked if they found any evidence of a mouse chewing anything and they told me no. They also told me that vinton baker did one of the worst jobs that they had ever seen on fixing the supposed wires that a mouse had chewed. I feel like vinton baker robbed me of 500$. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so they just blamed it on a mouse and started splicing wires. I would not take anything to the service department there. I feel like they owe me my money back. Doubt it will happen. I will from now on go else where with my vehicles. Pretty sad you can't get good service from a small hometown dealer.
